Dianne is a senior partner of the firm Reinisch Mackenzie, P.C. Dianne's practice focuses on workers' compensation defense of self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies, with special interest in litigation, mediation, and training in claims handling. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, Dianne practiced for two years as a Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney under Michael Schrunk, and four years for SAIF Corporation.

Professional Activities:
Member of the Oregon State Bar; Idaho State Bar; American Bar Association; Multnomah Bar Association; Oregon Self-Insurers Association; Oregon State Bar Discipline Defense Panel; and Oregon Workers' Compensation Claims Association.

Dianne is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, a frequent speaker on workers' compensation laws and practice, and the author of multiple publications and training manuals on workers' compensation law; she also serves as mentor to new lawyers of the firm.
